What can you expect?

Before we meet an online questionnaire will be sent to you, which you are asked to fill out. This provides me with information I need to best support you and saves us a lot of time during the first consultation. The answers you provide will off course be treated with total confidentiality.

At our first meeting we have a conversation about your overall health status: your concerns, struggles, goals, and how your ideal picture of health looks like in your current circumstances. We discuss how your existing dietary and lifestyle habits are serving you. I create a plan that is sustainable for your lifestyle, which will guide you towards achieving your goals. 

In our follow-up meetings we take stock and fan the flame of motivation. We talk about barriers in everyday life and focus on solutions. Depending on your initial goals, we track progress and pivot if necessary. (i.e., is your digestion better? Has sleep quality improved? Are you ready to take the next steps?) We adapt the initial plan to further optimize your health and continue the building of healthy habits.

The focus of our sessions is on your well-being from a holistic point of view - caring for the body and mind so the soul can thrive! I make matters as simple as possible, so you can feel empowered without adding stress to your life. Throughout your time as my client, you have access to me for encouragement and advice through email or a quick text.
